Dear PRASAD Friend,

This update includes short highlights from our tsunami relief work in Sri Lanka and India, where PRASAD has set up rehabilitation programs. Dr. Anushri Wagner & her husband Harshada have recently returned from the Amparai district in north east Sri Lanka where they helped set up a relief program for the district, along with other doctors. In South India (Kovalam) the PRASAD team completed distributing about two tons of fishing nets to the village community and is in the process of adopting four more villages.
Ann Hampton Callaway, a long term PRASAD supporter and Broadway star, has recorded a single, “Who Can See the Blue the Same Again?” dedicated to those who have suffered from the Tsunami disaster. PRASAD will offer this copy as a gift for those who indicate they would like one when making a donation of $50 or more at www.prasad.org.

Warm regards,
Dennis Taraporewala
Director of Global Communications
